Room service was poorly handled—no tray was provided, and when I called to request one and arrange a pickup, neither was done, so the plates were left overnight. I also had trouble getting staff to collect them the next morning.
The Terrace Suite had no screen door, which led to a lot of mosquitoes getting in during my stay.
Overall, a beautiful property, but communication and attention to detail need improvement.
