Spectacular new luxury detached villa with private pool and WiFi just a short walk to the beach and Duquesa. This villa is an ideal sun and beach escape. Lots of room for privacy with 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 4 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a private pool, outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and hot/cold sink, outdoor seating on 3 terraces and a pool deck, sea and mountain views. The villa also has secured private covered parking for 2 cars with access to the villa via a set of stairs. Perfectly located just a 10 minute walk to beaches, promenade and Duquesa´s marina with it´s wide choice of restaurants and bars. In addition there are a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and a gym just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.
