This is a gated property with two ground floor apartments. both apartments have 2 double quality sofabeds .pram and wheelchair friendly ramps, It has stunning panoramic sea views and sunrises.
There is a 18 hole golf course, la duquesa golf
course five minutes away, we are ten minutes walk away from golden beaches and 7 km paseo lovely for a day or evening walk. There is duquesa port with many lively bars,clubs and restaurants, a 5 minute taxi ride away. The port has boat trips,jet ski hire,dolphin trips etc...
Both our apartments have everything you need for a holiday let including free WiFi access, secure closed pool and garden, wireless charging ports, TV with many English and European channels, dab radio, counter current swim jet in ..the pool, fully equipped kitchen with use of cooler boxes for trips to the beach . We have a 24 hour petrol station shop and two quality restaurants a short walk away. We are thirty minutes from Gibraltar, Puerto banus, soto grande and valederrama golf course.
There will be someone meet and greet you.
should you have any special request ie welcome pack cot or airport transfers etc feel free to contact us PLEASE NOTE there are 2 apartments .villa evelia 2 which is this one . And villa evelia 1. which are both bookable separately.if you would like the whole area as private .you need to book both apartments separately .or contact us for availability. Thanks
