This apartment is located in the beautiful complex of Duquesa Suites in Manilva. This secure and gated complex offers a security guard at the gate and a security office that is open and manned 24 hours a day. The combined living and dining area is tastefully decorated to a high standard. Prepare your delicacies in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. From here you can access the spacious covered terrace, which is equipped with a dining area and sun loungers. Here you are invited to relax and enjoy and barbecue on summer evenings.



The terrace is just a few meters from several pools, including a children's pool, and the gardens. Here you will also find 2 padel courts and picturesque, landscaped communal areas with water features and a barbecue area.



You are only a few minutes drive from all amenities such as Duquesa Golf Club and Duquesa Port and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Duquesa is a marina halfway between Marbella and Gibraltar. Situated in a beautiful location on the Costa del Sol, you will find beautiful sandy beaches and much more.
