"We enjoyed our stay at Mon Suites. The room was very clean and it was comfortable to relax in and sleep after a long day out and about. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We could easily get to all the activities we wanted to do by either walking 5 minutes to the metro or 8 minutes to the bus. "Everything was great except for the onsite parking garage — very tight,steep and sharp turn to get in, getting out was even worse and if you drive a van, simply impossible!.. We had a mid size SUV and it fit just enough but the struggle was real especially if you have safety features that don’t allow you to proceed when bells and lights come on from being too close to anything (walls and other cars). But the location fit our needs as tourists — close to the new town (oceanographic and museum of arts and sciences) and old town (cathedral, la lonja, plaza de la virgen, central market).. not walking distance but taxi was €6-7.. We planned to leave our veicle anyway for short distance excursions as parking anywhere around both towns is just an impossible mission. Location was ~2 hours to Montanejos"

"Liked that the cleaning crew worked around my needed time in the room. Did not like the lack of amenities that I had when I stayed in the Ilunion 4 - I realized after booking that there were different room "levels" that would have given me more amenities, such as a fridge in the room and a couch - lesson learned for next time. I also liked the "welcome water" in the lobby every day."

"Everything about the hotel was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The restaurant had a good menu we really enjoyed ourselves. The bedroom was a little outdated but very clean and caused us no issues at all with comfy beds. However we were told by Expedia we could pay on arrival at the hotel. I sent my share of the cost to my sister but was charged through my bank account in uk currency. My sister arrived at the hotel after we were charged and we were promised a refund after she paid in Euros. As promised I was refunded but in Euros which meant I lost £33 in the exchange. Expedia sent messages and I also spoke to a human who said we could pay at the hotel. Nobody has been able to help me before and after this problem. Very disappointing."
