"Very cute and cozy. Great location to everything in Manitou Springs."

"Not what we expected at all, room was clean but did not know it is an old motel that did some updates to the rooms. Also it took us about an hour to check-in and there was a few others walking around outside to find someone that worked there so they can check-in as well. They should disclose it's not a separate dwelling and that's it's a motel and no one in the office ever."

"My husband and I had a great stay! The property is as pictured and is close to all the wonderful shopping, restaurants and experiences that Manitou Springs has to offer. "

"The Guest House at Fountain Creek Inn was perfect for us! The cottage had plenty of room for us (2 senior couples). It was bright and sunny and so clean! Loved having the outdoor area and the accessibility to town. The house had everything we needed and more, and there were lots of thoughtful details. Houseplants always make a rental so homey! We would all highly recommend the Guest House!"

"The house was very clean and had plenty of supplies, toiletries, etc. Some reviews say the driveway is tough, though it was not an issue for us. We were very pleased with our stay."

"Superb location!"

"Enjoyed my stay. Room was up to date and very clean. Only negative was no outlets in bathroom, but would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Overall the room for the price was a good value. The parking is convenient and ample. We loved that you could walk to all of the downtown shops and restaurants easily. The room and bathroom were clean. The furnishings were a bit sparse one fairly comfy chair and one small wooden desk chair. The bathroom towels were nice and there was more than one per person. The biggest issue was, the air conditioner unit was noisy. That said, we would stay here again."
