Motel 6 Mankato, MN

"Wow! This is perhaps the best motel 6 I’ve ever seen or been to. My room was very clean and the bed linens were washed (I do check! A lot of motel 6’s don’t wash their bedsheets or blankets…) I was very pleased. The staff were very friendly and the vibes felt safe. This motel is great for solo travelers, and there’s a kwik trip near by for quick food and drinks. I’ll definitely book again whenever i come to mankato next."

"This was the cutest little boutique hotel we have stayed in! It was clean, and perfectly located downtown to everything Mankato Marathon related- the expo, bus stop to the start line, and the finish line. We loved the mid-century vibe and minimalist design. There was a cute little mini fridge in our room and a microwave in the communal coffee bar area. This was absolutely perfect for bringing all my pre and post-race food. They have coffee and tea available 24/7, and there were two little breakfast boxes (dairy yogurt, banana, clif bar, grape juice) in our room fridge. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re traveling to Mankato. Even though I don’t really want to run that half-marathon course again, I would actually consider it just to take a little weekend trip to Mankato next fall."

"We stayed for 12 nights. My wife and I found the location excellent for our needs. The staff were very helpful and ALWAYS responded to our needs in a timely manner. We also met a two groups that used the hotel. The first week and weekend there were tennis players in town for a tournament. The second weekend was a bus tour group that came to see Southern Minnesota from the Green Bay Wisconsin area. We were visiting from Florida had a very pleasant stay."

"The room was spacious and clean. The hall carpet looked new. Only downside was they had no elevator. We had to make 2 trips hauling our stuff up the stairs."
