"A very nice little place between Philly and the Delaware line. The only "negative" about this property is that it's a little noisy as the road that is outside the place is super busy. The train also comes by several times a day and is loud. The good outweighs the bad though. The place is quaint and perfect for two!"

"The property was very clean and fun! We have never stayed at a farm house but would definitely stay again. We felt safe and comfortable!!! The property owners supplied anything and everything you would need for your stay. The rooms were large; the mattress was very comfortable and sleeping at night was so quiet and dark!! We had coffee on the master bedroom porch; we enjoyed the horses and other animals. It was a pleasure meeting Gazi, it was a plus, so nice and truly interested in getting to...

"My husband and I were visiting for our daughter's college graduation and had a busy weekend. It was conveniently located for all we had to do. The property manager Luke was very helpful and prompt. The space was very cute and clean."

"The property was clean, easy to access, and the host was easy to communicate with. The toilet didn’t work upon arrival, so we had maintenance in and out during our stay to fix it. There was also no fire pit in the backyard as is advertised in the photos in this listing."

"Quiet neighborhood. Our room had everything one could ask for. All kitchen appliances. Clothes washer/ dryer, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Even a selection of water, sodas, and chips to snack on. Beds were comfortable, plenty of TV show options too. Great place for an extended stay."

"1. The room was not like the picture. 2. It is basically a small motel with um, unusual guests and a shared bathroom. 3. The air conditioner would not turn on properly. 4. The owner was communicative and nice, so that was a positive. "

The teflon skillet and spatula need to be replaced because the teflon is coming off in the pan and the spatula looks like it has been melted. Both are a health hazard. 2. The cabinet to the right of microwave is coming off its hinges and needs tightened. 3. The vent by the furnace is filthy and is caked with dust. 4. The lid to the garbage can is filthy. 5. "Just left the beautiful Richfield, and had a wonderful experience! 8 friends enjoyed this property and all it had to offer! The host was very accommodating and welcoming! Do not hesitate to rent!"

"Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price."

"Booked this 1 bedroom unit & was given check in details/ house rules. Unit was very clean/ brand new condition. Check in process was smooth. Unit was as advertised down to the T… fast wifi responsive host (in case you need assistance) location near multiple restaurants/points of interest. Had an excellent stay & would return/recommend!!!"
