"We stayed at the apartment for four nights while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are two flights of stairs to access the apartment — this wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s something to bear in mind for guests with mobility considerations. "We have stayed here a few times and this experience wasn’t our favourite. We had booked for breakfast and were forgotten about by the breakfast staff. My partner had to flag down a member of staff and ask if we could order. When the food did arrive, mine was burnt, it certainly wasn’t worth the £19. There was a large group of golfers in the restaurant and they appeared to get priority despite half of them not wanting to order any food. Over all it has left us wondering if we want to stay here again."

"Birthday celebration for my husbands 60th birthday and it was absolutely perfect in every way. Complimentary upgrade given which was very much appreciated. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the staff were all so polite and attentive. The spa was amazing too. Highly recommended for a special celebration."

"In the interest of fairness I have stayed at this hotel before and I had a much better stay… won’t be going back. This time i was given a room in an annex to the property. It was the hottest night of the year and none of the windows in the room would stay open – the window framed looked rotten and locks didn’t work.The room was boiling and the fan was plugged right over the other side of the room and so was useless. The plug sockets either side of the bed were not UK standard so I couldn’t plug the fan in next to my bed nor could I plug in my phone next to the bed. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Had a terrible night sleep. Went down to reception to ask to be moved. The receptionist said she couldn’t do anything for me. I went down again and asked for an extension cord so I could actually bring the fan close to my bed – the extension cord didn’t work. I had to return to reception yet again to get another extension cord that finally worked and the fan was able to move closer to my bed. It’s just too hard to work for a bad night sleep. On a sidenote, my son was also staying in the hotel and he also had no plugs near his bed so his fan was on the other side of the room and he couldn’t charge any of his tech or use his phone as it had to be plugged in far away from the bedside What hotel room doesn’t have plug sockets next to the bed? This is two rooms in the property two randomly assigned rooms both of them with no plugs. Definitely won’t be staying again."

"Apart from thd issue às to whether breakfast was included, my stay was excellent. Pool, room, servicing. bar ambience location were very good. The breakast experience was oùtstanding. Food was in abundance with good selection. So glad I had the breakfasts. The staff were really good. On the payment for breakfast...this was a difficult challenge. The reception guy was so calm unflustered and professional. Maybe someting needs to be clearer in the process as breakfasts were quitè expensive. Not to detract however...my overall experiencd was very good."
