"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. For a hotel outside of the major cities, quite impressive. There are 2 restaurants conveniently located within the premises. Expressway is easily accessible.

"This is a very nice hotel with great service. The staff members are very helpful. The property itself is clean but the surrounding is not so great because of the construction work. However the hotel is noise free. The fitness center is under reconstruction after the serious floods of 2023. I have stayed here every time I visited Tirunelveli. I would recommend this place without hesitation. "
