"We spoke to the property owner one week prior, and asked about early check in, since 4pm was too close to the onset of Shabbos. He said we could check in at 11am. We arrived at 12pm. "Kiryat Chaim is not anybody's idea of a tourist attraction, but since we wanted to stay in this suburb, the apartment was ideal. The view is magnificent and you can hear the surf from the sea.
