"Pros - 4 masters with ensuite baths, plenty of hot water, A/C worked great, clean, nice beds, easy beach access, good for multi-family gathering.Cons - layout is a bit awkward with living area on 2nd floor, kitchen is small, lack of storage for non-refrigerated food made it difficult to cook for 14 people, pool is small for adults, good for small children. Would give 4.5 stars. "
