"Check in on a Monday night. Line wrapped around the hotel. It’s been like this year after year and somehow they haven’t figured out a better system? Limited interactions with staff - we didn’t see many around with exception of pool area, and the towel check out person (who was nice enough!) Generally quite clean pool area, rooms, etc and we love the convenience and proximity. Little things go a long way though… please figure out check in and parking when checking in (madness!)"

"This is a beautiful, cozy and inviting place with lots of nature around and a short drive to Collingwood where one can find great restaurants and fun actives to do. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with kitchen items, mini breakfast and a nice balcony to enjoy in the morning with cup of coffee/tea. The eclectic decor made the room and the property charming and enjoyable. Highly recommend this booking."

"The staff was incredibly attentive and the hotel and rooms were beautiful. My only complaint is that I definitely didn't get the mountain view ibooked. My view was of the back of a building and not aesthetically pleasing at all. it felt like it was a thoroughfare for staff not any kind of view. That did not take away from the enjoyment of my stay though."
