Clean room great staff. Only complaint was the noise on the third floor was a little loud with restaurants and bar right below especially at night .

The maid was super nice but in the middle of the night, very chaotic very thin wall I didn’t go to sleep until 3 AM. Couldn’t get a refrigerator and microwave in the room does do not look same as picture

My husband and I came for the cowboys game and we loved it! Only 10 mins from the stadium and was able to Uber for $11. Staff was very friendly and kind, did not worry us at all… room was very very clean! Very spacious and had a kitchenette! Definitely will book here every year we come! After traveling ...

The premises was very clean and the staff went out of their way to tend to my every need. Victor and the rest of the staff should be rewarded without them this place wouldn't be as great as it was. I'm a disabled veteran most of my comments are for the company the kitchen needs more pots atleast ...

Just like cedarhill which was my first choice but because holiday inn express in Cedar hill was ridiculously rude to my husband and I had to do a last minute booking with the Best Western Plus in Mansfield and I didnt hate it there.
There was no one at the desk at checkout and we saw other guests just stacking the room keys on the desk, so that’s what we did.
Everything except the manager was ok.. rude man
All was good
Great Karaoke bar called Tommy’s Oasis. There is a man with a smoker there and in the parking lot on the weekends and his barbecue will change your life!
Lots of nice local restaurants and easy accessibility to destinations around DFW.
