Staff were wonderful, room was clean, aircon most welcome, nice strong shower, really great value for money and a convenient location with a bus stop right outside the hotel and a giant supermarket across the road. They have a microwave on-site for guests to use, which was handy as we were there for several nights. But when we did fancy takeout, they had a machine in the lobby to order from local restaurants, and the food was delivered to our room. Best thing about this hotel is the staff, they were all so helpful and friendly."

"i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us. And there's a bakery, restaurant as in the vicinity, and small market. Hotel has a small kitchen. My son cooked pasta in his room. "
