"Lovely place close to Tour and castle"

"This property is in a very quiet village with only a boulangerie which isn't open every day and a posh Chateau restaurant. There's a supermarket 8 minutes away and other boulangeries. We swam in the river, visited Amboise, Tours, chateaus and Beauval zoo from here. The house is spacious. and has everything you need. The hosts are kind and friendly. They live 2 doors up. We were shocked by the amount charged for bedding though.E149 Agree a price before you go."

"Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de très agréable, très accueillant. Nous étions 4 couples d'amis avec 5 enfants (de 1 mois à 5 ans). L'endroit est reposant et magnifique. Le service est de très grande qualité (la maison est magnifique, les pièces sont très grandes, la literie est top), tout est compris (linge, draps, ménage en fin de séjour) ce qui rend le séjour zen. Les enfants ont adoré nourrir les animaux. Les parents ont adoré les soirées sur la terrasse, le terrain de pétanque, la piscine...

It was a great base to explore a part of France that we were unfamiliar with and our dog was well catered for with nice walks in the area and also from the cottage."

"Location is outstanding. Communication with host was terrible, never answered texts & slow with emails. Property was not fully cleaned upon arrival and host acted like it was normal. No trash bags or paper towels were on site. Host asked us to clean the property when we left. The incredible location was overshadowed by the lack of support from the host.
