"This is my go-to place when staying in the Redding area. Rooms are large and the property is pet friendly. I do travel with a disabled person, who cannot use his legs. The beds are above wheelchair height, even in the ADA rooms. This is a disappointment, and does put a damper on the stay as getting into bed is a chore. Otherwise, excellent. "

"Staff was extremely nice, they did have issues right before we arrived and tried calling us but I was out of service range. Their water heater and pool went down so they offered a full refund or 45% off our stay, and were very apologetic about theissues. We choose to stay since the area was fully booked and the heat was intense so a cold shower didnt bother us, the room was really nice and very clean . Our family would def stay here again just based off the service alone."

"The beds were TERRIBLY uncomfortable, and the pillows couldnt be more paper thin. Like a 24" tv. Cmon now. Cigrette burns in the blanket as well. ...super squeaky shower floor too. Nice big rooms though. "
