I highly recommend Interlochen State Park, especially if you're traveling with your pups. The home itself was well laid out and SO warm and cozy. "This was our second stay on Bass Lake, but first in this location. We really appreciated having access to a beach and kayaks, plus the fire pit was excellent. The house has all the things you would want for a long stay, plus the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The owners were attentive and friendly, and made us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. P.S. I recommend bringing a pitcher-type water filter with you. Its a little bit more...

"I absolutely love this house! It is decorated so nicely, had everything we needed and I was so happy to have a fenced in yard for our pup with a nice deck for me to hang out on! I made many trips back and forth to the academy and the location is ideal! Will definitely try to stay again since I will be in the area so much over next two years!!"

"Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Our favorite part was the hot tub 😁. Very quiet neighborhood and relaxing. The house was very clean just needed to be dusted though. Could use some curtains or blinds though for a little privacy. But all in all it was wonderful. Would book it again for sure 😁. John is a very nice guy and fast to respond. The batteries were dead in the lock to get in the house when we arrived and we contacted john and he was to the house in 6min to let us in."

"This place is great. Very well decorated, clean and full of amenities, especially for kids. The toys/books in the house kept my little one busy all weekend. Everything was very clean and the property manager was on top of all of our questions/concerns. The location is also great, close to everything. Would highly recommend. One thing to note, this place does have a lot of stairs. We have old dogs and they had an issue going up and down them so just throwing it out there for anyone who might be...

"Had a great time on Spider Lake at this large and very clean property. The hill down to the lake (or rather up hill to the house) was a bit challenging for some but was worth the climb every time! The host provided wood for fires on his patio firepit and down by the beach. He also provided ideas for things to do around the area and he was spot on! The local restaurant he recommended was great and the pontoon rentals and river tubing rentals were very accommodating. The house offers many things...
