"We stayed here for 14 nights as a base to explore Lake Garda, not just Gardaland, and had a great stay overall. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist.
The outdoor pool and bar area were excellent, and the arcade was a big hit with the kids. We also appreciated the hotel's taxi company, which offers fixed-price fares and can be contacted directly via WhatsApp to arrange return journeys. The free shuttle service to Gardaland and Peschiera del Garda was reliable and very convenient.
Our only disappointment was the food. Breakfast and dinner were expensive for the quality offered. We found it much better value to have breakfast inside Gardaland before starting the day, and for evening meals we'd recommend heading into Peschiera del Garda, where there are plenty of excellent restaurants.
We were also surprised that, despite staying for 14 nights, there was no discounted breakfast package available.
If you're staying for more than a few days, we'd also recommend buying a Gardaland season pass. It makes it easy to pop into the park for a few hours whenever you like, while still leaving plenty of time to explore everything else Lake Garda has to offer.
Overall, we'd happily return and would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, excellent staff, facilities and convenient location."
