Local close, perfect!
Ran by the owner, who are extremely friendly. You get your own sort of studio apartment with kitchen and all facilities in and out access door very close to the enter but out the touristic masses. Very good "enoteca trattoria" just next door and close to the castle

Great stay at Libenter
We had a wonderful stay at this duplex apartment in a 17th century house. The owners were gracious and informative. Comfortable and spacious. Also, a short walk from a fantastic restaurant. Truly a hidden treasure. A great bargain!

Nice local hotel in Mantova.
We really enjoyed staying at Libenter. It is a small hotel (more like a B&B), and the owner was very helpful and nice. She made us feel very welcome and helped with anything we needed. She even had toys for my 3 year old daughter to play with. Breakfast was in the café across the street. Croissants, juice, water and coffee. It is helpful to speak Italian as I do not think she speaks English.

They gave me a voucher, but I never was able to get breakfast here because they never answered the front door before I left in the morning! The owners/managers do not speak English very well. The wife does not speak ANY English. The husband speaks limited English. I thought they said 7 AM to 10 AM breakfast (she held up 7 fingers), but they never answered the door at 7:30 AM. The room was very clean and comfortable and the location is great. Very friendly.
