"Absolutely the best views in Quepos! Breakfast each morning was delicious. we looked forward to it each day. Eggs made to order, with fresh fruit. The rooms were nice and clean. We had an issue with our warm water in the shower but turns out we were dumb and didn't turn the knob the right way.. duh! The pool area is open and the staff are great. Very attentive and made great drinks. The location of the hotel was perfect! Off the main road so it was quiet.. but close enough to walk to restaurants and stores. I would definitely return and stay for longer. So much to see and do in this country. Well worth the $$!"

"Pros: breathtaking views, kind staff, and good food (though limited variety). Cons: very poor communication and lack of professionalism. We had no water one morning with zero notice or apology. My spa appointment started 30 minutes late with no communication, and the spa is extremely misleading—it’s advertised as a beautiful panoramic space, but in reality it’s just a regular bedroom like the ones guests stay in. That felt very disappointing and dishonest. A guided tour we booked happened without a Real guide (he was out and they didn’t communicate that so the front desk person gave us the tour), and several amenities (zip line, Tarzan swing) didn’t work. Parts of the property feel unfinished or neglected, with construction debris and areas that even felt unsafe. The laundry service returned my clothes incomplete (most of my socks missing), and again, there was no follow-up or apology—just a message after we had already left saying they had them. On top of everything, they never offered any refund, compensation, or even a simple apology for all these issues. Overall, it feels like a place focused more on marketing than on guest experience, quality, or maintaining the property. While I know some people enjoy it, our experience was disappointing and far from what was advertised."

"Location is amazing, close to everything but tucked away enough to be a quiet relaxing stay. Yes the hill is a steep climb, but they offer a lift on the cart or you get a great glute workout. Breakfast was consistently great, best pancakes and gallo pinto. Dinner is also great. Staff are always super nice and helpful. We had more close encounters with wildlife on property than any park we toured. Sloths live on property and monkeys visit every morning. The view is AMAZING. We will be staying again "

"The are very outdated, the furniture is super old. The mattress are very old and uncomfortable, they don't even have mattress covers. The TV doesn't work. The room smells really bad. They are in the middle of nowhere. They have NO laundry facilities. The towels are very old and smells like mold."

"This is the best hotel stay we had on our trip to Costa Rica. Staff were very attentive and brought us a welcoming drink during check-in that we were not expecting. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The room was huge. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Manuel Antonio area."

"Lovely atmosphere with private feel yet still very close to beach and park. Breakfast on site was good and many places to eat within walking distance. The nature walk on property feels more 'jungle' then the trails in the park itself. We had two rooms side by side which worked well for our family of four. Pool area is very nice with shaded palapas. Trail at end of parking lot to beach which is flat and off the main road. Highly recommend if you want a smaller, quiet resort within easy walking distance to beach. "
