"Das Haus war okay. Die Zufahrtsstrassen waren allerdings eine Katastrophe (holperig). Die Lage war allerdings ziemlich abgelegen. Fahrzeug ist also unbedingt nötig.Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden!"

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"Apartamento muy antiguo y dejado. Los baños con la escobilla marron de usada, sujeto los plomos de las luces con un celo. En la cocina, todos los vasos de su madre y de publicidad, escasez de cubertería, no dejaron un estropajo o jabon que tuvimos que comprar junto al deterjente para la ropa. No habia mas que 5 pinzas que tuvimos que comprar. La verdad no repetiríamoscomprar. "

"+ Fantastic Location only 50 metres from the beach with a sea view from the balcony. The property also included off street covered secure parking. The parking would be a very important aspect in high season. - The Kitchen utensils could have been better. Although the apartment sleeps up to 8 people the kettle was tiny and only held 2 cups of water. The Microwave did not work and we ran out of gas for the cooker the first time we used it and the replacement was empty. But the agents rectified...

"Perfect location, beautiful views. Very nice owner, perfect communication, warm welcome. We felt very welcome, cozy accommodation, beautiful place and surroundings. "The location was amazing, overlooking the beach. Lots of restaurants around. Few problems with the apartment: 1. One of the shower doors was broken, wasn’t closing properly 2. No instructions on how to use the cooker. We had to buy lighter to be able to use it. 3. The apartment was really hot. They had fan in every room but wasn’t enough. 4.
