"The staff really got to know you and they were so friendly and kind, but also stayed professional. They greeted us with fresh juice, showed us the room and how the shower works and how to use the air conditioning. They were on top of everything and met our needs. They arranged for a car to pick us up to take us to the airport at 4. They let us check out around 12-1 and kept our bags safe before we were picked up. If I am back in Moshi, I will definitely stay again. "

One of the staff members took me to my room, carry my luggage and also ensure that I was able to get room service to my room. They also have a complementary shuttle to the airport, which is amazing.
