"Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. "

"This is a budget hotel that is mostly used by backpackers who spend a night before moving on with their travels. Price is very reasonable and there is free wifi and a good chef. Otherwise not many amenities. Cleanliness of the place was an issue. It rained one night and my room got flooded. The staff were very helpful though and gave me another room. "After camping in the Serengeti for 4-5 days, we need a clean and comfortable hotel room to re-pack and clean up. The rooms here are massive and the amenities, top notch. Having breakfast on the rooftop was also a plus. If I am ever back in Arusha - this will be where I stay! "
