"The couple were kind and accommodating. They were an hour late to pick us up at the airport. Yet, they also took us to the train station the next morning at 5:00 am. Very kind. They used our toilet which was very odd to us. The bed was very, very low, a tiny futon. We did not sleep well. The space ( bedroom) tiny. Not a guesthouse. A room. about 20-30 minutes from airport. The staff could be more helpful in directing people to self check in kiosks - people who are not Japanese won’t know as default language on the kiosksis Japanese. "We had a very smooth check-in and the hotel amenities were very nice, including a visit to the spa, which honestly was one of the most relaxing things I’ve done in a while We did not have the breakfast here, but it did look quite nice when we walked by the restaurant. The shuttle to the airport was a real blessing. It was an easy cab ride to Narita town, where we marvelled at the beauty of the temple and got to sample the grilled eel. What a wonderful stay I would stay here again thank you mystay"
