"No hot water, outdated furniture, rooms are kinda what to be expected cheaper stays look much better in the room than these"

"Didn’t get towels until we asked for them 3 times, Rooms were dirty mainly the bathrooms , food was not the best but also not the worst.. pool is too small for the sizes of the hotel, bars did not open until after 11am and drinks where not that good.. night shows were good.. interteinment during the days was so so… overl all expensive for what we got.."

Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients. "
