    The kitchen is fully equipped and it faces the ocean so you can enjoy the beauty of the waves while preparing a wonderful meal for your family. The beauty of the sandy shores and ocean waves comes right inside, giving you that welcoming feeling. And if you need something else to keep you occupied, you can spend hours playing on the ping pong table in the garage.

Location, location, location

The property has an amazing view. Inside it's dated, but clean and has most everything one would need. Wifi was slow, but who needs wifi when the beach is mere steps away. A reasonable walk to restaurants and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great View Possible

Good location, windows could use cleaning, half of the blinds did not work, mattress could use upgrade, good beach access and house itself is nice and has what you basically need.

Dog heaven

Sit back and relax. This is the best place in Manzanita to bring your active dogs. Just steps from the beach-you are sure to tire them out and be able to sit back and enjoy the peaceful scenery from the back deck. This vacation spot has become a family tradition for both our two-legged and four-legged members.

We enjoyed our stay the weather was decent, so we were able to get lots ao pleasant walks in. we really enjoy staying at this house. We are an 80 year old couple and have a standard poodle, single story home easy beach access, and an easy walk into Manzanita. My wife has dementia, so each stay is closer to our last, so we try and get as much pleasure out of each stay as possible.

No stress stay

Older home, comfortable beds, big living room and dining areas. Lots of kitchen basics froms bowls to pans. Public path to the beach right beside the house. Can see ocean here and there through beach grass besidethe house.the house.

A Special Place in Manzanita

We had a very special stay in Manzanita. Very close to the ocean. Even possible to watch the big waves from inside the house. We had very rainy weather, but that didn't bother us. Going to the ocean in a big storm has it own charm ;-). The house is has enough room for a family of six. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to spent some time in Manzanita and also for the help given when needed.

Respite

The property location was perfect. The inside furnishings are worn and may need to be replaced in the near future. The TV in the living room area did not work. This was exactly the respite I needed. I will be back.

Use to be better, place needs care and local manager-cleaners

I love this place! My family and friends stay here multiple times a year. Unfortunately, the place is less cared for with Vacasa(doubt you will post this review). Specifically, cleanliness and it seems people that are renting it now are not treating it that well. I have spent about 14 years going to this property, I do know. Anyhow, I think it is time to change back to the local care givers. I feel like I don't want to complain when I go, cause I want to enjoy myself and not have a person cleaning while I am there.

Charming and full of character!

I love this house because it IS dated. It’s cozy, right on the beach, and nautical themed. It reminds me of visiting a grandparent’s place, and I enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well stocked and there are many restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store within walking distance. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because there are no smart TVs in the house—you’re stuck with a poor variety of cable channels or a collection of VHS tapes. Additionally, the beds in the guest room were comfortable, but the king in the main bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. Overall, we’d stay again, but the price point is a bit high given the amenities. Either way, we loved it and have nothing negative to say about Manzanita.

Great setting right on the beach, walking distance to downtown Manzanita. Kitchen was well outfitted but could have used drip filters for the coffee maker. Carpet in both bedrooms needs to be replaced. A general deeper cleaning needed.
