He is communicative, accommodating and generous-we were included in the July 4th festivities, live band, raffle, firework show, and got to spend time on their pontoon. The kids loved the beach, and playground which are a short walk across the street. There is also a restaurant near the beach that has really good food. The property is clean and we enjoyed spending time around the fire table, cooking on the grill and just relaxing. Thank you! "
