"The Hotel was clean on the inside considering on how it look from the outside i wasn't so sure .Outside didn't look to appealing compared to how it looked online. Rooms were well kept though. Some of the Staff was ok. One of the staff members were taking their time a little to check people in but other then that , other staff members were helpful.. The hot tub and pool area needs work. The area could use an upgrade! Looks old. Other then that, i was grateful that they even had a hot tub its...

"Cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. Front desk staff were very accommodating Only issue was the TV was not working and the staff could not fix it which was frustrating. When I went to the front desk to further resolve this issue, I was told no manager was available until Monday for us to speak with. I told them I was leaving Saturday, 2 days before, and the desk staff stated they would notify the manager. Issue still unresolved"
