"We had a great family spring break in Orem in this property. Spacious with four bathrooms and plenty of closet space, a large master bathroom with tub, and close to many food and shops. Would recommend to others. "

"Rental had everything we needed and was conveniently located to a nice grocery store. Host was lovely and available to help with anything we needed "

"Open floor plan provided plenty of space to congregate, play games, and eat meals together. Well-stocked kitchen was a blessing. Will plan to stay again next time we are in the area."

"We stay here very year for a cheer competition and it is always looked forward to. The place is nice because it still allows everyone to have space from the rest of the group if needed but there is also space for everyone to congregate together. Kitchens are stocked well and beds are comphy. It’s a great place to stay. "

"The house was in terrible order including holes in the couch with burn marks, broken refrigerator, broken dryer, huge gaps in the vinyl flooring, hair everywhere including the beds. Dirty oven, and animal hair all over the couch. When contacting the owner they suggested I email pictures but never supplied a proper email address despite my multiple requests. This home is in subpar condition and communication is awful. "

"We’ve stayed here before and it’s a great place in a nice, quiet area. The door code did not work upon arrival, but was resolved after contacting the owner. The home was clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. Overall, we would highly recommend."
