This is a great hotel and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the stores. Also very kind restaurants nearby. Please pass by the Plaza Colon to enjoy the trees 🌲. Very beautiful place!

El hotel tiene valet service que es un punto a favor para evitarnos estacionar en esa zona tan concurrida. El staff se portó muy bien con nosotros y es muy amable. Los cuartos están limpios. Se nota un poco el paso del tiempo con respecto a las alfombras que necesitan estirarse en algunos cuartos y cambiarse en otros. Pero las camas una maravilla y así también los desayunos.

Es un hotel con espacios comunes muy agradables. El personal es muy atento, predispuestos a llevarte las valijas y atentos a la ayuda , el restaurante con comida muy fresca y buen precio. Debo destacar la calidez de todos a diferencia de muchos hoteles de este nivel no lo tienen. A mejorar la calidad en el desayuno y poner un ojo exigente en la vajilla, recomendaria fajinar vasos y platos .

El hotel es aceptable, pero un poco quedado en el tiempo en cuanto a la decoración, principalmente de las habitaciones, las cuales además de ser muy pequeñas, son anticuadas y ruidosas. Cualquier cosa que hacen en otro cuarto se escucha como si se conviviera en el mismo ambiente. El desayuno en fotos se ve muy bien pero en vivo es regular en cuanto a la presentacion y vajilla algo sucia (sobre todo los vasos de vidrio que mirándolos bien tenían resto de pulpa -de jugos artificiales-).
