"My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!"

"Stay at adults only part of Adler - Balance. Welcoming atmosphere, exceptional service, brand new looking hotel, unbelievable spa experience (with hourly ritual for relaxation/body and soul/meditation sauna rituals). Shuttle to gondolas. Delicious food. Also medical spa available with treatments by a medical doctors. Everything 5 stars! Would definitely be back at Adle Balance!"

"We spent 7 days early March and had an outstanding experience. The food was terrific both breakfast and dinner. Our room was always clean and comfortable. The ski storage room was very helpful. The location to everything in Ortisei is extremely easy to access. Our group definitely were all pleased with our decision to stay here. The dining staff we could not quite figure out if they disliked us or avoided us but we thanked them for taking such good care of us throughout the week. The final bill included drink charges that we were confused by how that was tallied during the week but I knew to have some flexibility in the final cost for these adjustments since it is a vacation to enjoy and take pleasure. We will certainly consider staying again at this family owned wonderful hotel. "

"Staff has excellent dealing but place is much more pricey than other competitive hotels. We stayed in cortina for two days before we stayed here and that place was much roomier and more amenities but half the price. "

"What an amazing and relaxing stay! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were lovely. Beds were comfortably firm. Great variety for breakfast. So nice to enjoy the spa after long days of hiking! "

"One of the best hotel I visited in my life"

"The unit itself was nice and clean. The location was excellent, walkable to most of Ortisei. Communication with host was good and check in/out was smooth. They checked in on us frequently and were prompt answering any questions. The beds were very comfortable. However the photos for the listing were misleading, the unit had clearly been renovated with no fireplace liked pictured, and the hot tub pictured was not included, which was disappointing as we filtered our search to include a hot tub. Some basic ammenities were missing, including hand soap, paper towels, and there were no toiletries as advertised, as well as no extra bedding or hand towels for the kitchen. The washing machine was also broken by previous guests, which is no fault of the hosts, however they didn't offer any alternatives to address it. The room with twin beds got to be stuffy due to there not being windows to open and there wasn't a fan in the unit to help with air circulation. Overall, it was a great unit and the hosts were kind and responsive, but there's room for improvement. "
