Nous avons choisi ce lieu pour etre à proximité du depart des montgolfières Skyship et cette experience a été formidable. Nous sommes reposés apres 3 jours de safaris intense en profitant de la vue et la piscine et de l'ambiance du lieu. "We paid for our stay in full months in advance. When we arrived, the lodge was closed. We were told the owner had passed away.
While this is a tragic situation, it is not an excuse for leaving paying guests without any notice. No one contacted us, cancelled our reservation, or arranged alternative accommodation.
Instead of relaxing after a long drive, we had to spend the evening urgently searching for somewhere else to sleep.
