"The price is advantageous; the position is attractive; the quality of the renovated space is very high. A third floor walk-up isn't ideal for everyone, but posed no difficulties. "Pros: The Villa was very clean. Alot of space. Bathroom on each floor. Kitchen had all supplies needed. Each room had conditioning, which is great as it can get hot. Outside there was plenty of sitting area. Pool is quite big and lights up in the evening which looks amazing. Antonello welcomed us in a very warm way and was available all the time for any queries. Definitely recommend Villa Leon as we had just perfect time there! Thank you Antonello and best of luck!"

The property is located in a great spot, within walking distance of the port, just a short drive from the airport, and surrounded by many restaurants. "Pros: Eine tolle Villa mit einem traumhaften Garten so richtig zum Verweilen. Der eigene Tennisplatz lud jeden Tag zum Spiel ein. Die Küche ist mit allem was es braucht gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind wohl leidenschaftliche Köche :-) Auch die Grillstelle im Garten phänomenal! Nicht zu vergessen die Aussendusche, natürlich mit Warmwasser. Und das alles nur gerade 40 Meter vom klaren Meer mit sauberem Sandstrand entfernt. Paolo ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Er ist sehr herzlich und...

"Pros: Das Motorrad konnte gut und sicher auf dem Grundstück stehen. Auch die Auffahrt war sehr gut für's Motorrad. Cons: Abends tlw. sehr laut durch Hundebellen (gefühlte 20 Tiere!!) + Hähne, die zu jeder Tageszeit, also auch z. B. um 23.30Uhr oder 3.20Uhr krähten. Das Bellen dauerte zwar nicht lange (gefühlte 2- 4 Minuten), trat aber immer bei Fußgängern auf und dass mehrfach in der Nacht, auch spät abends oder sehr früh morgens."
