Terrific Beach Vacation Spot for Families

Facilities and service were excellent. The food was varied and plentiful and some of it (baking, desserts) were truly outstanding. The live music and extensive children’s activities were very impressive. The children seemed to be having even more fun than the adults!

Beautiful resort

The beds are quite hard. Everything else was absolutely perfect! The service is top notch, the food is terrific and the setting is beautiful. We Loved it so much.

The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance.

I like a lot the staff. It is breakfast and dinner inclusive. Breakfast was excellent and different selection s. Dinner every time was a different cuisine like Portuguese, Brazilian and Arabic. Breakfast was better than dinner. Also the bathroom didn’t have handles bar on the bathroom for handingcap. But I had a great experience.

The ocean in front of the hotel was as beautiful as any Caribbean sea. After seeing Praia Antunes in front of the hotel, I understood why they call Maragogi the Caribbean of Brazil. Our specially ordered dinner on the sand was so romantic and memorable. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was better than most good restaurants. Agnaldo, the waiter who served us, was so nice that he even organized special music for us and made us feel like VIPs. I am so grateful. We had a sea view room, but it was a bit far from the ocean, so I wouldn't choose that room if I came back here. Special thanks also to Tamires at Reception. She was so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.

O hotel nos supreendeu positivamnete. Apartamentos novos e amplos, qualidade do enxoval excelente- varios travesseiros, cobertas, toalhas grandes e macias, amenites de excelente qualidade. Varias toalhas sao deixadas no quarto todos os dias. Estrutura das piscinas excelente, e estrutura de praia fantastica, assim como o acesso a praia que é muito bom. Funcionários extremamente educados, prestativos e cordiais. Fomos abordados varias vezes pra saber se precisavamos algo etc. Academia atende bem o objetivo. Equipe de recreação animada, com varias atividades para os adultos que valem (drinks hehehe).musica ao vivo todos os dias. Quadra de volei e beach tenis disponíveis independente da mare pois ficam na estrutura interna do hotel. O hotel oferece almoco cortesia para criancas ate 4 anos, o que é uma tranquilidade para os pais. Voltaremos com certeza. Teriamos duas sugestões: respeitar os horarios previstos das atividades recreativas planejadas, dispor guardanapos no buffet, pois vatias vezes faltaram nas mesas e demorava a reposição. E um comentario para os viajantes é que os precos de consumo do hotel sao algumas vezes caros, mas em frente no acesso a praia o pessoal vende bebida, cocô etc. Vimos alguns comentários sobre os apartamentoa virados para obra, maa destaco que nao atrapalhou em nada pois a portas da sacada vedam bem e nao escutamos barulho. Além disso estava bem descrito no anuncio as características do local do ap. Tem stand up, caiaque e Aquabique disponíveis

Não vale o valor investido picinas não são aquecidas não tem recreação para crianças só a noite comida estava uma delícia no domingo mais depois não estava mais boa , café da manhã é bem reforçado isso posso falar , Limpeza não é muito boa banheiro meio mofado portas do banheiro blindekes não fecha a porta total acho que pelo valor cobrado 3 dias 5.840 não vale a pena não tem hotel melhor com preço mais justo opinião minha .

Ótimo hotel, mas com alguns pequenos detalhes

O hotel tem uma ótima infraestrutura. O atendimento é cordial, o quarto é adequado. Alguns pontos que impactaram a experiência foi o uso do restaurante no café da manhã e jantar, pois achei o espaço pequeno para a quantidade de hóspedes, e o loal ficava frequentemente sujo, necessitando de limpeza das mesas a praticamente cada troca de pessoas. Também a variedade não foi muito grande, mas os pratos foram saborosos. A praia também precisava de mais mesas e guarda-sóis, pois duas vezes ficamos sem opção para uso.

Quarto excelente

Hotel muito bom. Atendimento rápido na recepção e nas áreas comuns. Área de lazer bem satisfatória tanto pra adultos e crianças. Infelizmente durante nossa estadia houve muita chuva, por isso não conseguimos usufruir de todas as opções de lazer. As refeições (cafe da manha e jantar) muito boas. Comida bem feita, bastante variedades e saborosa. O quarto excelente. A cama Queen com roupas de cama muito confortável. Ficamos em um com vista pra piscina. Banheiro com bom tamanho e bem equipado. Ducha perfeita e com agua quente bem rápida.

Excelente alternativa em Maragogi.

Excelente hotel, quarto confortável, ótimo atendimento, muito bem localizado com uma bela infraestrutura e um ótimo restaurante! Três pequenos pontos como sugestão que poderiam melhorar a experiência: 1) tomadas ao lado da mesa de trabalho com iluminação, 2) Iluminação de leitura ao lado ou atrás das camas e, 3) travesseiros mais mais macios e menos cheios/altos (pelo menos ter esta alternativa).
