É uma ótima opção em Maragogi considerando o custo-benefício. Quarto novo, aconchegante e limpo. Para melhorar a experiência do cliente, ampliaria o espaço para o café da manhã e não deixaria aptos próximos ao refeitório, pois é barulhento pela manhã. Também mudaria o tipo de papel higiênico, pois é muito fino e áspero.

Café da manhã bom, quarto com cheiro de mofo, infiltração na parede do quarto triplo, escada ruim , não recomendo para idoso e pessoas com dificuldade, torneira do banheiro cai pouquíssima água.
