Canal Front Pool Home with Dockage, Jetted Pool, Tiki Hut, 2 Kayaks & 2 Bikes!

Searenity was just recently renovated and is a brand new ground level vacation rental! A direct shot to the Gulf in about two minutes and nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood on Dolphin Drive in Marathon, this home is in a great central location, not far from Publix Supermarket, all the restaurants and both Coco Plum Beach and Sombrero Beach!

There is plenty dockage for your boat and a straight shot to open water in the Gulf via the canal! Decorated with a warm coastal feel, this home has an open floor plan with large glass windows!There is 30’ of dockage and a gorgeous tropical back yard with everything you need for the perfect Keys vacation - pool with jets, tiki hut, grill, outdoor refrigerator, fish cleaning station, 2 kayaks and 2 bikes, back porch and plenty of outdoor furniture!

The Master has a king size bed, a flat screen tv, two large closets and an ensuite bathroom that opens to the back porch! The Guest Room has queen bed, flat screen tv and a large closet with a hall bath. There are two pull out couches as well.

While there is a bbq on the property for guests to use, the propane tank is not guaranteed to be full. If the tank is empty upon arrival or anytime during your stay tanks refills are done at Kmart or Home Depot.

Amazing stay!

The house and location were great, very pet friendly. Great communication with the property owners, painless check-in/out process, marina nearby to put your boat in, having the dock with our boat in the backyard was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, looking forward to going back.

My family and I had a great time at this home . We caught fish from the dock, saw manatees nightly, swam in the pool , and enjoyed family time in the large living room. We liked it so much we reserved it next year .

Wonderful Marathon Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Marathon. Lots to do and explore. Restaurants were amazing. The Dolphin House was perfect. Beautifully appointed, clean, had everything we needed. The pool and Tiki hut just added to our already perfect vacation.

Fishing Trip

This place was perfect for us. We stayed for a week of fishing and relaxing. The dock is in excellent shape and very close to the boat ramp. It’s the perfect place to go fishing in the morning and relax by the pool in the afternoon.

Wonderful Getaway - Great location

Very nice property, wonderful outdoor area to just relax at and look at the canal. We saw two manatees (Mom and Baby) just slowly swimming by. The house was great, very welcoming and comfortable and tastefully decorated with great furnishings.

Heaven on a canal

Hard to describe how perfect this house/location was. My husband is training for a triathlon, so he swam the canal to the Gulf on many occasions with me following him on the paddle board. The house was equipped with 2 great kayaks that we also used. The rooms/bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location of the house also gave us quick trips to Key West and Islamorada! Highly recommend!

Dream home at paradise

I enjoyed my stay at this property, it felt like home. The canal have access to the Gulf side in a cople of minutes. The boat ramp was two blocks away, and was not crowded. Everithing worked perfectly. I will stay again at this property

Really enjoyed the location and the house. Nice heated pool. Had all the convenient of home in kitchen and around the house.Grocery store and restaurant many to choose from. Will really consider coming back to this again.

Relaxing Retreat in Marathon

Very cute Florida style home on a canal that runs thru and around the next street. This means wildlife is abundant! We saw Nurse sharks, numerous flash species, and a lot of upside down jellies! The kayaks were easy to use off the dock. The pool was fantastic and the yard was set up block much of the wind. We paid to hear it. I recommend that in March. I will definitely book this house again!

Lovely stay in Marathon

This is our second time staying at the property. Both times it’s been very clean everything in working order and overall a wonderful experience the pool was lovely. The tiki hut was very nice to use as well. We brought our boat and docked it at the dock at the house and were able to be out on the water fishing in just a matter of minutes, there is plenty of space in the front yard to park the trailer and our truck. We look forward to booking there again next year.

Great House

Great house in a great location on the Keys. So beautiful to wake up to the canal each morning. Great location close to stores and restaurants. Clean nice house stocked very well. Was perfect to float in the pool everyday. Wild life was amazing, a manatee came up and was eating the algae off the ladder on our dock. Fishing was so much fun, caught some beautiful fish and even a baracuda.

What a beautiful property. The heated pool was wonderful. The listing states the pool is heated in one spot but states there is a charge in another spot. Wish that was clear in the listing. Otherwise everything else was great. Thanks for sharing your home!

Great property

Great location. Super clean. Well maintained. Cool neighbors. Good dockage for the boat. Plenty of room to store trailer and park vehicles. Pool was nice after a day out on the boat. Tiki hut provided awesome shade from the tropical sun and a nice hangout during a little afternoon shower. Even fishing in the canal was fun. One of the best houses I’ve rented in Marathon. No complaints. So nice to find a place my two 60 pound dogs were welcomed.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location offered a nice area to walk our dog, enjoy the backyard. Plenty of space inside also. Clean & well organized space. Short drive to necessities. Disappointed that the bikes were in poor condition & not useable. There was no lock for them either. Unfortunately the ladder to the canal waterway was broken so the kayaks were not useable either. They are too large to take elsewhere unless you have a pickup. Certainly need bug spray for the noseems at dusk/dawn !!

Great Island Vibe

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable. Spent lots of time in the heated pool and hanging out under the Tiki hut. Went lobstering for my first time in the canal on the last day. Saw 4 lobsters but was unable to catch any of them. They hang out on the left side going out, close to where the canal starts. Publix sells a lobster-catching kit for about $35, make sure you know the laws before going. Have fun!
