*Other things to note – there are 5 exterior cameras on property (they do not point into any windows or doorways) – these are here for the owner and your safety.

*Please note...the vacant lots on the street near this home have started new home construction. While there is adequate spacing to ensure privacy and full enjoyment of the rental property and all its amenities, there is the possibility guests will hear some construction noise, depending upon the work being done, during their stay. Please let us know prior to making a reservation if this is of concern to you.
