Beautifully appointed Marathon home with private pool and outdoor seating on two levels. Spend your time in the Florida Keys enjoying a spacious home with fantastic outdoor amenities.  A great walking community in Marathon.  Quick access by boat to Snorkeling, fishing, and sunset cruises.

There are 5 kayaks available for your use.  2 double kayaks and 3 single kayaks.
Spacious open floor plan with modern kitchen and large entertaining areas.  Smart TVs.  Central Air Conditioning, Stainless Steel Appliances. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.  
One bedroom has a King Size bed and a private bath. The other bedroom has a two Bunk beds which is 4 twins. 
The pool is beautiful and peaceful with an outdoor  lounging area. 
This area of Marathon is perfect for walking, biking, running community. 
Grocery Stores and restaruants and shopping all close by.
