Wonderful stay with family

Beautiful location and lovely home! The kids loved playing in the pool. Adults enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Lots to do in Marathon, and the home is centrally located. Just a short 5 minute drive over to the public beach.

Hands down this is the best place we have ever stayed at! The private boat ramp located on the property is a very rare find. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water is amazing! The owners have supplied the property with everything from kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, pool floats…you name it and it’s there! The home is very clean and well stocked. The living area and kitchen area is huge as well. The views are stunning from the house, pool and dock! We snorkeled, fished and kayaked every day right from the dock. We had the best week with our kids and grandkids and can’t wait to come back! Jamie is great to work with and very responsive and helpful!

Magical stay in the keys

This home is perfect for an active family. We enjoyed meals on the porch deck and evenings on the dock. We snorkeled, we kayaked, we paddle boarded, all right off the dock. This place is a great place for a casual, adventurous family vacation with no need to leave the home to experience all the natural beauty the keys has to offer.

Perfect stay!

Our trip to this home was nothing short of incredible. Everything you read about in the description is spot on plus you’ll experience amazing sunsets from the dock or even sitting in the hot tub. We quickly found our favorite spots in Marathon but we were also very happy just hanging out at the house - playing pool, riding bikes, fishing, etc. Communication with the owners is the best I’ve ever had with a rental. They reply immediately and they are truly so kind. Book this home, you will not regret it one bit. We left with memories we will never forget!

Beautiful property !

Excellent location. Very nice dock! We rented a 23 foot boat but it would easily hold a much larger boat. Would stay again ! Very large rooms and bathrooms. Pool is to die for and the view of the sunset!

Amazing sunsets

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for 3 couples. We used the Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes every day! The pool was great! Grocery store only 5 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by too. The sunsets were amazing!!

The house had all the accommodations of Home everything the listing said about the home was right. The outdoor part of the home was awesome. The pool and hot tub was great. Three grandsons got the fish every day and catch fish. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic getaway!

We had an amazing stay in Marathon! The house was perfect for us. The location could not be beat. We swam, kayaked, paddle boarded and fished. We tried to take advantage of all the house had to offer. We saw all kinds of wild life and felt like we were in a different world. We highly recommend!

We utilized the pool and downstairs patio the most. We rented a boat and got todo some fishing out in the gulf and on the dock. Beautiful kitchen had all the amenities you will need. We had a great timeand probably be back . Highly recommended!

Everything was very nice! Loved being able to put boat in. Everyone had something to do. Kids in the pool, adults snorkeling in front of house and fishing of the dock. They easily drove the boat offshore to dive. Everything was extremely convenient,clean and comfortable!

Amazing views and Sunsets

We had a great time relaxing in the pool and watching the amazing sunsets every night . The Kids enjoyed fishing from the pier -catching a variety of fish and using the kayaks and paddleboards. The lights on the dock at night were great and attracted alot fish also. Great location close to shopping,restaurants,food stores and local activites like snorkeling and boat trips. Would stay here again.

Family Getaway

The property looks even more beautiful in person than the pictures portray. The location is perfect for enjoying all the keys north or south and perfect for enjoying what Marathon has to offer. The pool and hot tub were perfect and sparkling clean. The paddle boards, kayaks and games were great entertainment. The only negative was the noisy construction going on next door. Wonderful stay, highly recommend, would stay here again, no doubt.

Amazing water view!

My family of 6 vacationed here for a week. Beautiful place and amazing water view! We brought our 24ft sea hunt boat. The house had a boat ramp, very convenient and a beautiful new dock to keep our boat at. The pool and hot tub were GREAT. Very nice outside area, to hang out and enjoy the sun. I would definitely recommend this house! And we hope to be back again! Thank you again Jamie!

Everything you could ever ask for in a vacation home

Our family had a great time in this house. It has everything that you could ask for. Located right on the water on the gulf side, it has great views and exceptional sunsets. The pool and hot tub are great also. The pool is heated in case you get a cool day. We fished from the dock and caught quite a few different types of fish. At night, tarpon swim under the dock lights. The house also is equipped with kayaks, paddle boards and fishing gear. It really was an outstanding experience.

Paradise!

This property did not disappoint. The location is spectacular, being minutes away from scuba diving, grocery, dining, and Key Fisheries for fresh local seafood. There is also a wonderful wildlife preserve within kayaking, walking or biking distance. Outdoor spaces were pristine and the pool was cleaned/serviced two times during our stay. The kayaks and paddle boards provided at the property were in great shape and used daily by our family. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas to enjoy as well. The house was exactly as expected and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. This is definitely a home we will look forward to visiting again in the future. The icing on the cake was seeing a manatee right off the dock the morning we checked out. The property owner was helpful and thorough and provided great information.

Awesome Gulf View

The home is situated on a wonderful spot on the gulf and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of activities, especially enjoyed the pool table and of course the pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was quiet and with the gates driveway was very private. We enjoyed the dock for boating and watching the wildlife such as parrot fish, tarpon, lobster, crab, dolphin, horseshoe crab and many other species of fish. Absolutely wonderful with the clear water. The home is comfortable and very cozy for relaxing and the kitchen is well appointed. Highly recommend for either a couple of a family, plenty of room between the inside and the outside areas to spread out and enjoy. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous Marathon Gem

We are a busy family of 5 with college and high school age boys. We loved our week at Marathon and this house was perfect for us. We rented a boat which we docked easily at the property. The pool, the lower deck, the dock, and the patio were well used! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the gorgeous views. Our entire family was very comfortable in the home. The kitchen accommodated our needs perfectly and we were able to cook when we chose to. The location is perfect--right in the middle of Marathon with quick access to Publix as well as numerous restaurants. It was peaceful and quiet and the views at sunset are amazing. For people who want to fish, access to the gulf is obviously easy, but it is also just a short ride to the 7 mile bridge or Vaca cut to get to the Atlantic side. We will rent here again.

Favorite spot in Marathon

We enjoyed our second year in a row with family and friends at this amazing property. We noticed all the upgrades that were made. Especially the downstairs garage and game area. With the great weather we had, the pool was very refreshing. Having your own boat launch on the property is a huge bonus. We had no problems trailering in a 27ft Cape Horn. The dock area also made it very easy to kayak and paddleboard. Everyone was a huge fan of the outside cabana bath. The inside of the house is very open and spacious. Plenty of room for cooking and card games. The views are also spectacular. If you’re looking for perfect sunsets and total privacy this house does not disappoint.
