Sombrero Beach is right down the road from this beautiful and well maintained home in the Heart of Marathon.  Close to grocery stores, restaurants and fun things to do.  Sombrero Light is right offshore for your snorkeling and diving pleasure. 
This home is located on a canal, it has a private pool with a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 35', with a fish cleaing station and an extra refrigerator downstairs next to the pool.  It also includes a kayak, a canoe, and two paddelboards for your entertainment. 

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Master upstairs faces the water as has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a water closet and a walk in shower. There are two other guestrooms upstairs, one with a queen and the other with bunks beds. Those two guestrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower. There is an additional Master downstairs with a king bed and a bathroom that opens to the guestroom and the kitchen. All TV's are streaming.

The downstairs covered patio has a gas grill, a full size refrigerator and freezer, dining table and chairs.
This home is  loaded with lots of fun amenities: beach and pool toys, 4 beach chairs and umbrella, two bikes, two paddle boards, a kayak and a canoe!  Drip Coffee maker and a Kuerig are provided. There is plenty of patio furniture to lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida Keys sunshine!

Located on Sombrero Beach Road which is a great walking and biking area right down to the beach.  About a 15 minute walk to the Beach from this home. Sombrero Beach, is an ocean front beach with volley ball net and a playground. 

Enjoy golf? Just down the street is Florida Keys Country Club for 9 holes! Key West Golf Club has 18 holes,which is about an hour away. In addition to all the snorkeling, and fishing, you can enjoy lots of wonderful places: The Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, The Dolphin Connection, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Point Hammock, Pigeon Key, Bahia Honda State Park just South of Marathon and so much more!

The pool heat is included. 
Pets are allowed depending on breed.  Max 2 pets. There is a pet fee associated with bringing fido. 
Max Occupancy: 10  - this rule is set by the City 2 per bedroom, plus 2

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tipsy Turtle. We had lots of room for our family of 5 to each have their own space. Loved the pool and fishing dock. An amazing place and we will definitely come back!!!

Best vacation ever!

What a beautiful, spacious vacation home! From the welcome basket of goodies to all the great amenities, our time at Typsy Turtle was amazing. Our group (ages 16-72) used all the water toys! Kayaking and paddle boarding right from the dock was the highlight! We used the bikes almost nightly for a relaxing cruise to nearby Sombrero Beach. House pool was refreshing at the end of the day. Location to restaurants and grocery made for convenience. The house has everything we could need. We will stay here again!

Disappointed with Management for this Stay

We have rented several different properties in Marathon over the past 4 years. Always has been perfect. This is the first time we have experienced such poor communications with the property manager. We made several phone calls over our 3 week stay reporting a broken pool chair (which we temporarily fixed ourselves), broken blinds, overgrown bushes and lawn around the pool area and 1 broken bicycle. The only issue that was resolved during our stay was that the landscaper finally came to trim the bushes & mow the lawn. Management office would never return my calls. We spent the entire vacation with only 1 rideable bicycle (when the listing indicated we should have had 2 bicycles). Following our stay, I kept contacting the Property Manager who did provide a refund equal to a bike rental for the 3 weeks and she indicated, 4 new bikes had now been purchased for the property.
