"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. "We were there for a conference but also enjoyed the wonderful food, swimming pools and beach. Rooms were big, comfortable and super clean. Staff was always kind and helpful. Area is vibrant with shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend"

"It was impossible to get to get a spot at the pool as people would put their towel and then disappear. There were not many chairs to accommodate this. Otherwise an amazing hotel that really goes out of their way to provide amazing customer service. I would stay here in a heart beat. The helped arrange a taxi to and from the airport, a rental car and upgraded our room without me asking for it. All very friendly and helpful."

"Great hotel, location, friendly staff, and breakfast. The only downside is parking. Don’t bring a car if you can. The free parking lot is often full, and paid parking lots can set you back more than €20 per day. Part of the great location is that it’s a 10 minute walk from the bus station."

The hotel is modern, spotless, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk from the Old Town while still being in a quieter area by the sea. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and offering great recommendations. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also appreciated the pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Crete. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view."
