"The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! "We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

"Costa Paradiso is an amazing place, the views are irreplaceable and Giulia and Rina who cared about the checking were very nice and helpful. Just two things that were not ideal was a missing AC, and when there was over 35 degrees during the day the house was very hot even during nights and stairs that were a bit dangerous for little kids."

"Nous avons séjourné dans la villa Laricio et ce fut un réel plaisir, tant par la communication avec Chantal qu’avec Veronique qui nous a accueilli à 22h suite à un petit retard. La villa est superbe, spacieuse, très bien agencée et équipée. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout avec la terrasse. L’emplacement est parfait, au calme mais près de la ville animée de Bonifacio et près des différents sites à visiter dans le sud. C’était top!"

"Wir sind mit dem Auto mit der Nachtfähre angereist und kamen morgens ganz ausgeruht und viel zu früh an. Dennoch konnten wir um 11 Uhr unsere Gepäck auspacken und vor dem Haus abstellen. Gegen 13 Uhr konnten wir bereits das Haus beziehen. Wir wurden persönlich eingewiesen und alles erklärt. Beeindruckend war der erste Eindruck, denn das Grundstück, die Lage und die Umgebung war noch schöner als wir uns das von den Bildern erwartet haben. Ein eigener Zugang zum Meer mit einer 270 ° Rundumsicht...

"It was great to spend time in this villa. It had everything we needed and a wonderful view from the lovely terrace down to the coast. The best directions to get there ever. And a really useful guide to the villa and the area. Very helpful contact from David and Noemi. All in all a wonderful holiday. And when much of Sardinia was in the mid 40s the west coast was hot. But not unbearably so. And the lovely pool and plenty of shade made our stay so good"

"My family and I stayed here for 8 nights in this comfortable, cool beach house conveniently close to the beach, a mini-mart, and Santa Teresa. It is in a great location to explore many of the other wonderful beaches and historical sites of northern Sardinia. Check-in was easy thanks to Guilano's good communication, and Patricia was very nice at check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I couldn’t ask for more, such a lovely little cottage in the most perfect location. The house has everything you need, modern and new. Literally 3 feet out the door is the Tyrrhenian Sea, in all it’s clarity and deep turquoise and blue. Despite a couple days of rain, it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Hosts are very responsive and available if needed. Can’t wait to return!"

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "

"This place is a dream; my husband and I could not believe the privacy provided my the hillside. The pool is secluded by scrub with a view of the lake - just breathtaking. Great location, close to many small cities, hiking, and beaches. We popped into Piannotolli for the best supermarket and laundromat. Only very small inconveniences; We had to purchase some additional toilet paper, Kleenex, and ran out of hand soap. I sorted our garbage from the glass/plastic/paper recyclables and swept the...

"Separate rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower with enough pressure, properly working air conditioning. The breakfast is great and with freshly ground coffee. They have a fixed lunch menu that is served until 18:30 so you have no worries about getting something to eat. The wine list is rather decent with nicely picked local organic reds, whites and rosés. Maora beach is within walking distance from the property so no worries about parking either. A great place to stay as a base to explore...
