Superb, modern apartment, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms, a spacious and very nicely redecorated living room in 2022, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The beautiful shaded terrace will allow you to enjoy the mild Andalusian temperatures at any time of the day.

Gated community with 24 hour security, offering two nice size swimming pools united by a small stream, and direct beach access through the tropical gardens!

The apartment is located in the Bahia de Marbella area, less than 5 minutes by car from downtown Marbella and its old town. As it is directly on the beach, in one minute you have your feet in the sand, and just a few minutes walk on the beach you will find the nearest chiringuito to enjoy grilled fish. Puerto Banus is about ten minutes by car and Malaga airport about 35 minutes.



Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !



We cannot be held responsible in the event of closure of swimming pools by decision of the community or regional decision due to water restrictions put in place during periods of drought.

Ideaal appartement, vlakbij de zee (leuke strandbar op loopafstand). Ochtendzon op het terras, perfect om te ontbijten. Terrein en tuin worden continu onderhouden, appartement is schoon en zeer ruim. Kastruimte in overvloed. Keuken voorzien van meer dan voldoende keukenmateriaal. Zeer rustige omgeving, maar 3 min van snelweg. Mochten lampen vervangen moeten worden, zou warm licht wat gezelliger zijn. Maar dit is een detail. Super leuk verblijf gehad.
