Holiday rental apartment in Marbella with sea views, near the beach of El Cable and 10 minutes walk from the old town.



This accommodation has two spacious bedrooms (one of them with private bathroom), living room with all the comforts including sofas and tv with wifi, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms; one with shower and one with bathtub. The accommodation includes wifi, private parking and air conditioning, plus a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Swimming pool available in season (01/07/2024 - 31/08/2024).

The urbanization has green areas and a seasonal swimming pool, which is open exclusively during the two summer months. In addition, it is located two minutes walk from the Cable beach, the largest in the city, and only ten minutes walk from the beautiful old town of Marbella. Nearby you will find all the services you may need during your vacations, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, banks and cab ranks and local buses. It is also close to the fishing port of La Bajadilla, where you will find the best fish and seafood restaurants in the area.

This apartment is spacious and bright. The value for money is outstanding, making it an ideal offer for both families and small groups of friends. In addition, it is easily accessible via the A-7, which will allow you to move quickly throughout the Costa del Sol. The garden and the swimming pool are accessible only and exclusively during the opening period of the swimming pool, during the months of July and August.

The Community of Owners may, without prior notice, extend or reduce the opening period of the swimming pool.

Perfect Spot to Experience Marbella City!

This was my first visit to Marbella, and I didn't know much about the area, including that Puerto Banús is the more touristy beachside. In retrospect, I’m so glad I chose to stay near the city center instead! The location was fantastic—right next to Rutas Marbella Quad, which ended up being the highlight of my visit. Quadbiking around the city and nearby hills was such an incredible experience. The Old Town was just a 15 to 20-minute walk away, and I enjoyed getting there on foot, passing through charming streets and discovering local spots along the way. Playa Del Cable, conveniently located across the street, was another great feature. It had a laid-back vibe, was easy to bring a towel and food and drinks to, and didn't have nearly as many street sellers as the Puerto Banús area, making it perfect for a peaceful beach day. The only thing I regret was that the pool wasn't open, as it looked amazing. Overall, the accommodations were great, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I'd highly recommend staying here if you want a more authentic Marbella experience away from the tourist crowds!

Daniel fue encantador y trató de ayudarnos lo más posible. La plaza de garaje tienen que advertir que es para coche pequeño, es indecente que no lo avisen. Es incómoda y encima tienen un armario, por lo que aún es más difícil meter el coche y hay que invadir la plaza del al lado, el vencino tiene que estar hasta las narices y con razón. Si hubiéramos sabido el detalle de la plaza, habríamos buscado otro apartamento.
