The living room and two complete bathrooms with bathtub. It also has a nice terrace with lateral sea views. The accommodation has air conditioning and WIFI connection.

The urbanization has a communal pool (open exclusively in summer, approximately from June 15 to September 15), gardens and direct access to the beach.

With an excellent location, at the foot of Cable beach, right next to the Pinillo beach, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy the two widest beaches of the municipality. The old town of Marbella can be reached in about 25/30 minutes walking. If you prefer to use public transport, right in front of the urbanization there is the bus stop for the city buses that go to the center of Marbella and Puerto Banus (note that in the surroundings there is an area of dealerships and workshops that you will have to cross to get to the center). On the beach itself, you also have the possibility to connect with the walkways of the urban coastal path that connects almost all the municipalities of the Costa del Sol and quickly reach the beautiful fishing port of Marbella, Marina La Bajadilla.
