Charming, fully renovated, villa in Marbella can accommodate 10 people comfortably, private garden & pool, close to beach, restaurants & golfs.

Extensive renovation in 2016 to bring it to best standards of comfort. New fully equipped Kitchen. Large living room/dining room space. 2 outside terraces with 2 separate dining areas and sitting area. Fiber optic internet & TV with wide choice of international channels.

The private pool in the middle of the walled garden is a wonderful place to relax in the sun as well as shade. The garden is an oasis of tranquility planted with mediterranean & tropical plants.

The beach is 400m away. If you walk along the beach you will reach the Artola natural reserve and its unspoilt beaches.

You have 8 restaurants within walking distance in different price ranges. We especially recommend the Rama & Simbad restaurants which are on the beach & within walking distance (400m & 600m).

For golfers this is one of the places in the world with highest density of golf courses. If you prefer tennis 3 great clubs nearby.

Perfect for couples, families (with children) and large groups. If you have kids this place will be heaven. You will see them playing in the garden & pool. Beach is close. They can also enjoy golf or tennis courses.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub! Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir waren mit 11 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz! Es bietet alles was benötigt wird! Der Strand ist nur einige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der große Pool wurde auch häufig und gerne genutzt. Einziger Nachteil waren die Baustellen in der Nachbarschaft.
