The Villa:
This newly constructed villa is designed with your ultimate comfort and relaxation in mind. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area equipped with state-of-the-art amenities such as Sonos speakers and an 85” TV for perfect, cozy nights in with your loved ones. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living space to a fully equipped kitchen boasting top-of-the-line appliances including a Nespresso machine and WMF utensils, making cooking a breeze.
Enjoy your delicious meals at the indoor dining area, or bask in the warm sunlight or under the starry night while dining al fresco at the outdoor dining space, which features a BBQ Weber for delightful grilled goodness.
Electric roller blinds in the living and dining areas offer both privacy and convenience at the touch of a button, while air conditioning throughout the villa ensure a comfortable climate during your stay.
The villa features four cozy bedrooms with Tempur mattresses and can access the spacious terrace with sunbeds for you to enjoy the picturesque view of the sea and the majestic mountains. Two rooms boast ensuite bathrooms, while the other two share a well-appointed bathroom. Electric floor heating is also offered in the bathrooms, ensuring warmth and added comfort.What really sets our villa apart is its stunning outdoor space. Lounge groups, sunbeds, and sofa beds allow you to soak up the sun in the pool area. And when you need some extra relaxation, take advantage of the pool heating with an additional fee of 400€ per week.
On top of being located just a short 1.5km walk from the beach, the villa is also close to Marbella center, La Canada shopping and golf course, and just a short drive from the airport.

Other Details to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time and work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some party friendly properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
• No young groups, below 30 years old are allowed in this villa.
