Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Del Mar is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.

The townhouse offers direct access to the beachfront promenade, with the Marbella Club just 200 metres away and the renowned Puente Romano Resort—with its Michelin-starred restaurants—within easy walking distance. The charming Old Town and glamorous Puerto Banús are a short stroll or drive along the seafront, offering the best of Marbella’s vibrant lifestyle.

You won’t need a car during your stay—shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are all nearby. A bus stop is located at the end of the street, and taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available and affordable.

For the more adventurous, the area offers a wide array of activities including water sports, boat charters, dolphin safaris, horseback riding, and world-class golf. Casa del Mar guests enjoy access to the community’s swimming pool (open in warmer months), as well as tennis and paddle courts. Sleeping up to ten guests, Casa del Mar combines understated luxury with homely comfort. Easter: From April 11 to April 20: From 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (depends on good weather).

From April 20 to May 1: Pool is closed.

From May 1 to June 15: From 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.

From June 16 to August 31: From 11:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.

From September 1 to October 15: from 11:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
