Our quiet holiday house is ideally suited for families and couples who want a typical Spanish environment to spend their holidays. The house has a patio that can be used throughout the year. In summer, the Mediterranean vegetation provides shade,, in winter the sun shines in all day long! The living and dining area is comfortably furnished, has satellite TV, wifi, and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom has two single beds and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a protected roof terrace with stunning sea views. A wonderful place for an extended siesta! All rooms face south, so that light and heat come into the house. The spacious garden has a large swimming pool with pools of different depths. Your children will want to spend the entire day the!

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is cozy and comfortable- we felt so at home here. It was spacious enough for two adults and two teens. The views were lovely and we loved the garden and pool. Our hosts were so gracious and gave us some great recommendations. We really enjoyed the location and were able to either take the bus, walk, or drive to Old Town or the beach areas. Marbella is beautiful and it was also easy to get around (with a rental car) to visit other places- such as Tarifa and Seville. A wonderful trip! Thank you so much, Miguel and Tanja!

Ich habe schöne 10 Tage in Marbella verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es wird vieles kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, sehr angenehm wenn man im Flieger anreist. Die Zimmer liegen zum Hof/Garten mit Poolbereich der zum Abkühlen einlädt.Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, gerne wieder.

Absolutely the best experience!

I can’t say enough about this stay - starting months ago Tanja and I texted with my questions. She was always very responsive and by the time we arrived we felt so comfortable with her and Miguel. From meeting us at the property to suggestions in dining and things to do, they were amazing! Even bringing by a cake for a birthday we were celebrating.The house was just like the pictures and description. Very charming and well stocked with everything we needed. We ate dinners on the patio and spent evenings watching the sunset from the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms.The location is in a residential neighborhood which we liked as it was quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to town but there is a bus station and taxi stand just a 10 minute walk away, a nice grocery store and bakery also a short walk from the house.Miguel gave us a ride back to the bus station when we left. They are excellent hosts!

Sunshine and relaxation in Marbella

We stayed at this villa from October 1-7 2024. Tanja and Miguel could not have been more welcoming or gracious. The property is fantastic. It is equipped with everything you might need. It is comfortable and beautiful. I hated to leave it, honestly. We could have happily stayed much longer if I didn't have to go back to work! Moreover, the weather gods smiled on us and it was hot and sunny every day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastische en sfeervolle vakantiewoning

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. De vakantiewoning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is gelegen op een rustige locatie; onze kinderen genoten van het ruime zwembad. Communicatie met Miguel en Tanja was prima! Ze hadden tips over de omgeving en voor leuke restaurantjes en winkels. Aanrader!

There will never be enough stars to review this home

Where do you start when you review this outstanding property? The communications by email, whatsapp etc are amazing. I am a bit of a worry bug so I asked probably more questions than need be but always had fast and friendly replies. 10 out of 10 there. Once there, both Tanja and her husband helped our cab driver to find the house over the phone. Always available, always super helpful. 10 out of 10 again. The house. The home I should say. WOW. We have rented many many houses, apartments, gone to 5 star hotels. Nothing to touch this. The pictures here do not do this home justice. Courtyard filled with greenery and bougainvillea, lounge with a brand new large smart TV and comfy sofa and chairs, kitchen fully equipped..Beautiful knicknacks modern and traditional all blending in a zen like stylish setting.Bedrooms with state of the art cooling fans which are actually cooler than aircon without the discomfort of aircon (so good we have actually bought the same fan for our home in UK)! 10 out of 10 is not enough... The pool was fabulous too, with kid section and deeper for adults. Grounds BEAUTIFULLY maintained. Finally the attention to detail, kindness and generosity of our hosts (even helping us on last day as taxi was late) was out of this world. These holidays were a true success, 80% of which is due to Tanja, Miguel and their beautiful home. We will never forget their welcome and extra mile kindness. You MUST book this if you can, it is a truly exceptional experience.

Toute la famille nous a cordialement accueillis. La maison est très agréable, les équipements très complets et plusieurs extras grandement appréciés. Marbella House

This is a beautiful, well appointed and cozy house in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is just as attractive in real as the photos on the Vrbo website depict. The hosts, Tanja and Miguel, are amazing people - kind, thoughtful and supportive. We could not have been more happy with our choice for this five week vacation. Vacaciones para repetir

La casa es todavía más bonita que en las fotos , súper limpia y con todas las comodidades , la comunidad es muy tranquila y las piscinas están muy bien y con poca gente , la ubicación muy cerca del centro de Marbella , pero a la vez en una zona tranquila , se puede aparcar perfectamente delante de la casa .Tanto Tanja y Miguel , como su hijo son unos anfitriones increíbles , pura amabilidad, da gusto como te acogen y lo tienen todo preparado para que la estancia sea lo más cómoda posible . Tolle Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage

Es war alles perfekt, in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, einfach wie zuhause. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt mit einem großen Pool der auch ein Bereich für kleinere Kinder hat. Perfect Holliday

Spend fantastic 4 weeks at this lovely townhouse. Great and sensitive hosts. Waited for us at the main bus terminal in Marbella upon arrival and took us back at the end of our stay. Excellent and beautiful location within a gated community, the mountains on one side and a view of the Mediterranean from our 3rd floor patio. Easy and short walk to the local supermarket. Walk to the old city part, Blvd. and beach, all downhill, took about 20 mins. Little bit of a challenge walking back uphill, however local bus #2 stop only several minutes from our door step. Only used it a few times on very warm days. Nominal fee of 1.18 euros per person. Miguel and Tanja are an absolutely charming couple , discreet but always available for advice or suggestions. Our time spend at their lovely place could not have been anymore relaxing . It felt like home away from home. It will be our great pleasure to recommend this vacation home to family and friends alike. We certainly plan on returning. Miguel and Tanja, thank again for this wonderful experience.

We cannot say enough about how special our time was at calle don Jose Alcala. Everything was wonderful especially the warmth and hospitality of Tanja and Miguel. We are already planning to return next year!

Schönes Häuschen mit Top Aussicht von der Terasse

Wir haben in Tanjas und Miguels Haus fast einen Monat gehaust. Die beiden sind super sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Lieblingsort war die Dachterrasse. Einfach toll! Das Haus bietet allen Komfort und ist gut ausgerüstet. Die Lage ist ruhig und friedlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Trotzdem ist man nur in ein paar Autominuten mitten im Zentrum von Marbella. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
